All financial transactions on the ck55 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT and must comply with the applicable minimum and maximum limits. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals; the use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process and may be placed on hold until identity verification is completed. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, ck55 reserves the right to investigate the account and, if necessary, freeze the funds. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, manipulation, bot usage, or any other dishonest means on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing other members, using offensive language, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a punishable offense. ck55 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account of any member who violates these terms. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited, and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. All members are encouraged to engage in responsible gaming.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the ck55 platform are protected under the exclusive intellectual property rights of ck55. Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes; however, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content is not permitted. Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform is strictly prohibited. Content from this platform may not be published on any third-party site without the written permission of ck55. ck55 reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
Ck55 reserves the right to limit liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform to the maximum extent permitted by law. ck55 will not be held liable for issues caused by technical errors, server outages, or failures of third-party services.
